She has a diverse real estate related background consisting of over 20 years experience working as a degreed paralegal for residential and commercial developers, investors, and attorneys. She achieved her designation as Certified Residential Appraiser in 2000, after apprenticing with her husband David Choate, an established and well respected Appraiser in Hawaii for almost 20 years.
An MBA graduate from the University of Hawaii, and aspiring entrepreneur, her previous accomplishments include start-up of Executive Support Hawaii, a personnel recruiting firm which was credited as one of Hawaii's "Fast 50" fastest growing small businesses in Hawaii by the Pacific Business News. Her principal focus now is upon developing the same level of success in real estate by applying her philosophy of Ethics, Experience, and Dedication.
